Complaints

  • All of our products are provided with 24 months warranty.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects. It shall not apply to defects resulting from wear and mechanical damage to the material.
  • The complaints for printing errors (in logos, numbers, inscriptions…) must be submitted in writing within 5 days of receipt of the product.
  • The complaints shall be sent after prior agreement to company address along with attached copies of invoices and description of the complaint.
  • After the receipt of the complaint, we will assess and agree on further procedure.
  • In any case, do not send the complaint though cash on delivery, we cannot accept such a consignment.
  • BThe standard warranty period is 30 days. We encounter complaints about our products very rarely, but we usually handle them within one week.

We believe there will be no need to claim our products. If so, we are ready to face the situation and do everything for your satisfaction because we care about our good name of our company.
